What can we offer you? The full package consists of:

An initial meeting to discover your requirements (obtaining as much relevant information as you can provide in order to ensure specific results). At this stage we can offer guidance and advice about any early thoughts or concerns you may have.

Commencement of initial search concentrating on properties within your preferred areas. Due to our extensive knowledge and contacts we are sometimes made aware of properties that are not even on the market yet.

Pre inspection visits: To ensure the best use of your time we pre-visit all properties matching your criteria in order to reject any that do not match after our first viewing. This enables us to refine the search at an early stage should your requirements change.

Provision of a shortlisted report (including detailed feedback) and an itinerary, for you to consider.

Accompanied viewings: Once you have considered our shortlist and decided which properties you wish to view, we will accompany you on all these viewings.

Once a property is decided upon we can handle all of the negotiations with the agent on your behalf, often and on most occasions, obtaining significant reductions in monthly rental.

We provide our own tenancy agreement, thus saving you agents and legal fees, otherwise when required, we can check through a landlord's agreement to ensure it meets with your requirements and protects your interests.

In addition, we can also provide the assistance with the following:

Removals / Furniture rental
Check in (inventory)
Telephone support during the duration of your stay enabling any issues that arise are dealt with in an appropriate manner with the landlord or agent.
Check out (inventory)
Lease / rental renewals or extensions
